The TEFL Academy Needs
Before Respona, The TEFL Academy used a different outreach solution, but over time grew increasingly dissatisfied with the tool’s dated functionality, and their team’s responses to any problems that arose during usage.

How The TEFL Academy Used Respona
There are two people within the TEFL Academy that use Respona for link building, Simone and James, their Digital Marketing Executive.
Both of them use the tool on a weekly basis.
The main advantage of using Respona for Simone and James is how it helps them save time on repetitive tasks like finding contact information, allowing them to focus on personalization:

“The integration with Ahrefs I think is really strong because we’re not interested in any links with DR less than 10 and less than 1000 traffic, so we can build that right in, which just saves us a lot of time. It saves us from spending the credits in our account in the wrong way as well, and just serves us more relevant opportunities, basically.”
In addition, Simone complimented our email finder:
“The contact finder is exceptional. It’s far more advanced than previous tools that we’ve used and also gives us a more relevant person to contact.”
